Leith began her legal career at a mid-tier law firm in Brisbane, quickly escalating through the ranks because of her expertise and performance.  Since commencing practice in 2005, she has been instrumental in the development and growth of the family law department of every firm she has worked in.  Leith has presented papers on impaired capacity, surrogacy, adoption, family violence, civil partnerships, and Financial Agreements, including papers used in undergraduate degrees at university.

Leith’s extensive experience in Family Law includes complex property settlements, parenting disputes, child support matters, and Financial Agreements.  She has been effective in obtaining successful out of time applications, costs Orders and child support Change of Assessment Applications for her clients. She is also a qualified Collaborative Lawyer, opening yet another avenue of resolution for her clients.
